Grifter #6
Edmondson and Clark deliver another action packed issue of Grifter. There have been a few that have grown weary with all the action, but Edmondson takes the story in a couple of different directions which could have easily been solved with some tried and true storytelling. Well, Paul Cornell’s run on Stormwatch ends with a bang…literally. I can’t say much without spoiling so let’s just say the team isn’t the only thing falling apart in this issue. Cornell leaves us with some cool moments but also leaves us with many more questions that hopefully future creative teams will pick up. Continue reading

Wow! New writer Josh Williamson not only starts his run off with a bang but he ends with a great W.T.F. cliffhanger that’s one of the best I’ve seen in a while. If this first issue is any indication of what Williamson has in store, I’m super excited about this title again. Continue reading
