Wildstorm Addiction Podcast – Episode 36

Welcome to another episode of Wildstorm Addiction! Our resident Wildstorm experts Joe David Soliz & Benjamin Murphy review the new DCU versions of Stormwatch #10, Grifter #10, Ravagers #2 and Voodoo #10, as well as some other Wildstorm appearances in the new DCU 52.

Stormwatch #11

After a slow-paced last issue, Stormwatch is back and kicking this month. Milligan takes an odd premise but puts a spin on it that creates a truly threatening adversary for Stormwatch. Other than some problems with shifting in the inks for the art, we get a strong issue that leaves some great threads open for future stories.

Stormwatch #10

Milligan’s second issue of his Stormwatch run takes a surprisingly slow turn. While we do get some interesting revelations about Stormwatch’s past, I wasn’t expecting a slow paced issue so soon in his run. Plus, as much as I liked Ignacio Calero’s art during Paul Jenkins’ short two-issue stint, I felt it wasn’t as strong in this issue.
