After Zero Month, we now return our titles to their regularly scheduled numbering. This issue does build on some of the ideas from issue zero but keeps right on from where #12 last left us. This is fine since the issues following the zero issues weren’t toted as good jumping on points. But it is the start of a new story arc, so in that, it can be argued a new reader can start here.

DC HeroClix: Batman-Grifter
Oh happy day! 😀 I’ve known that Grifter was a part of this set for a while but to finally see it on the official site makes me want to tear up a little *sniff, sniff*. Anyway, I was a Heroclix player back when it first came out and got out of it around the time they introduced the cards into play. I’m not sure if I’ll go back to playing full time but I will say never did I think ANY Wildstorm characters would make it into this game. So to have the Wildcats as part of this Batman set is a truly a great treat!
Voodoo #0
The end of the series comes with a very “safe” zero issue. The origins of Voodoo are not so much told as clarified as we build on things that were previously revealed in the series. The saving grace for this issue was the last page where Williamson returns to his strength from earlier in the series, which is the ability to leave us with a cool cliffhanger.
