After a slow-paced last issue, Stormwatch is back and kicking this month. Milligan takes an odd premise but puts a spin on it that creates a truly threatening adversary for Stormwatch. Other than some problems with shifting in the inks for the art, we get a strong issue that leaves some great threads open for future stories.

Voodoo #10
The latest issue of Voodoo takes the book in a new direction (literally) as the setting for the story switches to outer space. The story is interesting and strong art by Basri continue to make it a good title but the recent news of the titles cancellation kind of put a damper on things.

Ravagers #2
Ravagers continues to be one of more colorful offerings from the New 52’s second wave. It’s mix of old, new, and slightly-altered characters makes for something fresh and unique. That topped with gorgeous by Ian Churchill has quickly made it one of my favorite books to read these last two months.
